Personal Injury
Auto Injuries:
After more than 30 years of presenting claims to ICBC on behalf of injured motorists, I have encountered most every scenario likely to arise. I would be pleased to represent your interests and guide you through the claim process.
Truck Accidents:
Injuries sustained in collisions involving commercial trucks can involve more complex issues than auto accident claims. The truck my be owned or operated by a corporation resident outside of British Columbia. There may be issues of safe driving practices unique to long haul drivers such as allowable hours at the wheel. My experience with such issues will benefit the presentation of your claim.
Motorcycle accidents:
As a licensed motorcycle rider for over 40 years, I have extensive experience operating road and off-road bikes. I have ridden over 100,000 kms throughout North America, as a daily commuter and on various long rides. As a result I have experienced virtually every type of road and driving condition and most emergency situations. Allow my experience as a rider, and as a lawyer representing many injured riders over the years, be put to use to your benefit as your injury claim legal representative and advocate.
Boating accidents:
I have been operating power, sail and paddle boats on lakes and ocean waterways in Canada for over 45 years. I hold a Power Squadron Safe Boating Certificate and the Pleasure Craft Operator Card. My understanding of the applicable legislation and safe boating practices combined with boating experience will be valuable in representing your interests if you are injured on the water. I have successfully presented claims for power boat passengers, government ferry boat passengers and cruise ship passengers.
